Golf View is a welcoming and friendly guest house directly opposite Prestwick Golf Club. The guest house is in a traditional Victorian building overlooking the 14th and 18th greens of the historic golf course, venue for the first ever Open Championship in 1860.

There are 6 comfortable rooms, with a mix of a single, double and 4 rooms that can be either twin rooms or king size. Golf View would work well for a group of golfers looking for exclusive use of a single property.

Breakfasts at Golf View will easily set golfers up for the day.

There are three golf courses in Prestwick, including the links at Prestwick St Nicholas and the inland Prestwick St Cuthbert.

The guest house is just a short walk to Prestwick town centre for a choice of alternative eating and drinking venues.

Golf:

In addition to being in an ideal location for the three Prestwick courses, Golf View is 10 minutes drive south of Royal Troon Golf Club and the 3 Troon public links. Prestwick is also a good base for playing coastal courses farther afield from Irvine and Gailes to the north to south towards Turnberry.

Please note:

Golf View is in a traditional, old building. There is no lift and no ground floor rooms. All rooms are up either one or two flights of stairs. Bathroom facilities vary, with some rooms offering a shower, some a bath. If you have a preference please discuss this with the hotel at the time of booking.

Golf View does not serve evening meals but there are several restaurants and pubs offering food within walking distance of the guest house.
