Aikenshill is in farming country to the north of Aberdeen – the same side of the city as the leading link s courses in the area, such as Royal Aberdeen and Trump International - so is ideally located for exceptional championship standard coastal golf, without having to navigate through Aberdeen itself.

Furnished to a high standard and beautifully presented, all bedrooms at Aikenshill House are ensuite and individually designed. There is a spacious guest lounge, complete with a wood burning stove, and dining room.

Golf:

Aikenshill is around 8 miles north of the northern edge of Aberdeen. It is just 5 minutes from Trump International Links and less than half an hour to each of Cruden Bay, Murcar Links and Royal Aberdeen. The lesser known Newburgh on Ythan golf course is 15 minutes away while the enjoyable Corbiehill course at historic Fraserburgh Golf Club, another course set amidst the massive dunes of the north coast, is 45 minutes drive.
